A few quick questions ...
- How does your SAP solution measure up to the needs of your employees and business ?
- Do you find that you still spend time and money on things that you thought where already part of the big picture ?
- Do your people really have the information at their finger tips.
SAP may be an integrated system but it's implementation may not result in an integrated enterpise. One of the key reasons for this is the inability of end users to get the information that they need to run their daily activities. This can lead to a reliance upon off line reporting which is being managed in many of the desktop packages that are available today. Taking data out of the enterprise system will lead to a breakdown in the ability to efficiently communicate the information needed to manage the multi tiered enterprise. Examples of this is managing a budget in a spreadsheet, an individual keeping the status of projects in their desktop or a clerk who is used to collate information from various sources to see how much capital is available in the final quarter. Other positions that are reliant on this data will be making decisions based upon incomplete information. Our value proposition is to provide the tools that will allow this crucial data to remain in SAP.
